Literally, the sentence is to say “Would you like to drop in my home and eat some ramen(instant noodles) with me?”
But the real intention of this sentence is to flirt someone. Just like "Netflix and Chill" in English.Today's expression

'라면' [Ra-myeon] means 'ramen.'
'먹고' [Muk-go] means "to eat."

The sentence "라면 먹고 갈래?" is originated from the movie, "봄날은 간다" [Bom-nal-eun Gan-da] (One Fine Spring Day, 2001).
In the movie, EunSoo (Lee, Young-ae) is asking SangWoo(Yoo, Ji-tae) to eat some ramen. Then she asks him again to stay with her.
Originally, the sentence is to ask someone to stay at your house and have sex with him or her in the night.
However, as the sentence has become very conventional and even the kids know its real meaning, the sentence is mostly used for serious purpose. But rather it is to make some kind of joke. Depending the situation, using of "라면 먹고 갈래?" could make you humorous person.
